Our QMS ensures the quality and reliability of each component to not only meet our customers' expectations, but also to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Inspection
First Part Inspection - A first part inspection is included with all our components. This requires an independent operative to check the first machined component to the manufacturing drawing.
Part Batch Inspection - A pre-agreed percentage of components can be inspected. This requires an independent operative to check a set number of components during the batch, to the manufacturing drawing and issue an inspection report.
Full Final Inspection - This requires an independent operative to check every single component of the batch to the manufacturing drawing and issue an inspection report.
